We have worked together since 2007, providing tertiary-level training and development programmes to clients throughout New Zealand. We believe we have the professional experience and business education backgrounds to facilitate the research-informed learning solutions that meet the needs of today's businesses and organisations.

We are well supported by Sheila Shewry, Business Development Manager, and Desley Tucker, Sales Coordinator, both of whom have extensive administration and marketing experience in our sector.

Our presenters, selected for their specialist subject knowledge and reputations, provide the Institute with its unique edge in learning solutions development and delivery. They are professional educators with commercial credibility who have strong connections to current research and best practices.

We maintain close relationships with our current presenters and continue to build new relationships with other tertiary-level educators and researchers across New Zealand as new client needs are revealed. Read more about our presenters

We have developed a Leadership Competencies Framework that expresses the leadership behaviours and technical skills most commonly required at all organisation levels.
