Leadership Development Programme

Following the inaugural success in 2012 of this senior/middle leaders' programme, we are pleased to confirm that the 2013 occurrence is now open for applications.

This programme is aimed at people working in a tactical or strategic level leadership role. It consists of 16 and a half workshop days, with coaching support, delivered June-December 2013. Read more ...

First-time First-line Leaders Programme (NEW in 2013)

We are thrilled to announce our new programme for first-time, first-line leaders.

This programme aims to develop and enhance foundational leadership behaviours for people who supervise or manage operations teams. It consists of eight and a half workshop days, with coaching support, delivered June-November 2013. Read more...
