Our consultancy goal is to support our clients to carry out their organisation development agenda. Using our skills in learning solutions design and development, together with our portfolio of subject expert presenters, facilitators, coaches and consultants, we provide a comprehensive range of services and tools to support our clients to build their capability.
Vision, Values and Strategy Facilitation
We can work with your senior team to develop these key platforms for your organisation. Following a first iteration with our facilitator your senior team will be enabled to independently carry out subsequent reviews.
Competencies Frameworks
We can work with you to construct your organisation's competencies framework comprising the behaviours and skills needed to achieve your organisation's strategies.
Training Needs Analysis
We can work with you to identify gaps and opportunities for improving the skills and behaviours of your people and to identify priority needs for training and development. We can work with the information you already have as well as commission interviews and surveys to provide additional information.
360-Degree Reviews
Through our organisation psychology consultant and our on-line technology platform we can develop, administer and report 360-degree reviews for you. These can be one-time reviews for specific development purposes or can be an on-going programme that tracks an individual's development. On-going programme administration can be transferred to you.
Learning Solutions Design
We can work with you to design and develop learning solutions customised for your organisation and delivered by our subject expert presenters. We can also review learning solutions that have been developed by your own trainers or others to assure achievement of your intended learning outcomes.
Coaching
We can support individuals or small groups to apply new skills and behaviours at work, using a range of coaching tools, including our own reflective practice tool. The aim of our coaching input is to build a supportive workplace environment that enables individuals to monitor and modify their own workplace practices.
Performance Management
We can advise and support you to develop and roll out a performance management process tailored for your organisation. We can train and coach your people to effectively engage in performance conversations that maximise the value of your performance management process.
Learning and Application Assessment
We can develop, administer and report processes that provide evidence of learning by individuals and their application of new skills and behaviours at work. Our aim is to empower organisations and individuals to adopt reflective and evidence-based practices to enable internal and self assessment.

Using evidence from your learning and application assessment processes, we can assist you to evaluate achievement from your learning solutions.
