Our Leadership Development Programme aims to enhance the capability of leaders to bring about sustained high performance in their organisations and is focussed on leadership approaches that are more attuned to recent dramatic changes in the global community.

The programme is premised on balancing shareholder value enhancement with the interests of multiple stakeholders, and draws on international leadership research and best practices. It addresses all of the leadership behaviours on our Leadership Competencies Framework

Of course, most leadership programmes are seeking to enhance organisational performance. Where this programme differs is in its focus on ‘sustained performance'. Our argument is that the narrowly defined self-interest that has dominated so much business activity has been damaging to the broader community and ultimately to the bottom-line performance of the organisation.

Programme Participants

The programme is for middle and senior managers in corporate organisations, and for owners/managers/directors of small and medium enterprises.

They have general management responsibilities for regions, divisions, groups or organisations, have influence over the strategies and plans of their business unit(s), and are responsible for the performance of a group or team.

Participants may be new to their leadership role and seeking a skills foundation, or they may be more experienced and seeking validation of their leadership practice.
