Participants are selected on the basis of:

the 'fit' between the Leadership Development Programme and their personal career path and aspirations

the contribution that they can make to the diversity and experience of the overall group;

the support of their employer organisation for their participation throughout the programme.

To apply:
Intending participants are asked to complete the application form and to include a personal statement (250 words) incorporating their career goals and aspirations, the contributions they can make to their peers on the programme, and why they should be selected for the programme.
Participants are also required to supply a referee support document from a nominator within their organisation, confirming organisational support and applicant availability for the full programme.

Participants will be advised as soon as possible as to their acceptance or otherwise. If successful, we will confirm registration and invoice for the programme fee.
