The Leadership Development Programme is founded on:
  • a Leadership Model that positions leadership practice within a whole systems perspective of the organisation, customers, social and economic stakeholders and the physical and biological environment
  • a multi-level Leadership Competencies Framework that incorporates the principal behavioural and technical competencies required of 21st century leaders
  • five Key Themes that encompass the leadership agenda of sustainable organisations.

Each of these elements informs the workshops, mentoring and individual work within the programme, providing an integrated and cohesive leadership development experience for participants.

The learning experience for individuals is enriched by co-learning with other participants, including the mutual sharing of workplace experiences.
