Our Leadership Development Programme aims to enhance the capability of leaders to bring about sustained high performance - their own and that of their organisations.
The programme uses approaches drawn from current leadership thinking, suited to the new world order.
Most leadership programmes seek to enhance organisational performance. This programme differs in that its focus is on ‘sustained performance'.
We take a multi-stakeholder, longer-term view of organisation success; one that recognises the organisation's people as well as its interconnectedness with its external communities and the physical and biological environment. Read more

Participants
The programme is for middle and senior corporate managers, and directors, owners and managers of SMEs. They may be new to a tactical or strategic level leadership role and seek an opportunity to develop sound leadership behaviours, or they may be more experienced and seek validation and further enhancement of their leadership practice. Structure
The programme consists of 16 and a half workshop days, delivered over a few months, with coaching support throughout, and preceded by completion of a 360-degree review. Read more
