Kate Logan

Kate is a successful senior HR professional with over 24 years’ experience in large national and global organisations, working across several sectors including manufacturing, engineering, professional services and retail and distribution environments. She runs her own specialist Human Resource consultancy business offering people management advice and solutions to a number of clients across Otago and Southland.

Kate brings a very pragmatic and commercial approach to her advice based on personal experience. One of her key interests is in the coaching of people leaders, particularly around building their ability to influence others in order to grow high performance teams. Honest and focused conversations are her strength as is the ability to encourage people to self-reflect.
