Pamela Cronin


With more than 18 years' experience in the Learning and Development space, Pamela is a widely experienced and innovative consultant, facilitator, presenter and trainer.

She specialises in the design and delivery of customised workshops in negotiation, practical leadership, assertiveness and influence, handling conflict, teamwork, and boosting service focus. She has also delivered workshops in ‘Negotiation and Influence’ for women managers in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Manila.

Pamela has a knack for helping people navigate challenges and change, particularly where that involves re-thinking, or strengthening, work cultures and practices. She understands the need to draw on sound concepts, while remaining focused on delivering learning in a practical, usable way that adds value everyday 'on the job'.

For her MBA, Pamela majored in Innovation and New Ventures, and Service Management. She is the author of the ‘NZ Guide to Training and Development’ published by Brookers New Zealand HR Library, and she is accredited to use various TMI profiling tools to explore work preferences and team behaviours.

With a background in tourism development, Pamela has led a regional tourism marketing entity and promoted New Zealand in Australia and the UK.

Pamela’s clients range through central government departments and agencies, corporate, primary and service industry organisations, and local government.
