Dylan Adams


Dylan Adams is a Human Resources practitioner who has gained over 16 years' experience in operational and HR management roles.

Dylan has experience in a broad spectrum of HR functions including particular strengths in organisational change including restructuring, employment relations, HR strategy and planning, the development and implementation of various HR related frameworks such as remuneration and performance management including employee behaviour and performance.

Having had previous experience with New Zealand based companies such as Cadbury’s, Silver Fern Farms, Fonterra and Brightwater Engineering, Dylan has a practical approach to solving people-related problems and clients are always impressed by his straight shooting, no frills communication style based on a sound knowledge and experience.

Dylan is passionate about ensuring strong people related strategies and solutions are closely aligned with business objectives, both operationally and commercially.

Dylan’s senior leadership experience, HR and employment knowledge tabled with his down to earth style ensure his clients can make the right decisions at the right time in relation to their business objectives, leadership and communication and people related processes and frameworks.
