Lynn Bray

Having had success working at senior executive level with managing national teams for the past 11 years, Lynn has been committed to assisting businesses globally to grow their biggest business asset, their people. Using both one-on-one coaching and team workshops, she has worked developing their leadership, team building, and interpersonal skills, whilst removing individual obstacles to their success. Working across all levels of business from board level, executive leadership team, senior management teams, and potential future leaders, Lynn also works with individuals who are required to make significant improvement in performance.  

By aligning behaviour and attitudes of those who impact and influence others to the organisational values and strategic goals, trust is either restored or enhanced resulting in greater engagement and individual ownership of outcomes. Lynn believes that trust is the operating system that influences and impacts organisational effectiveness, efficiency, communication, relationships and credibility. Trust requires consistent modelling of integrity, courage and reciprocal faith in people’s intention and behaviours.

Lynn sees leadership being defined as creating the environment for others to self-motivate by:
