Having had success working at senior executive level with managing national teams for the past 11 years, Lynn has been committed to assisting businesses globally to grow their biggest business asset, their people. Using both one-on-one coaching and team workshops, she has worked developing their leadership, team building, and interpersonal skills, whilst removing individual obstacles to their success. Working across all levels of business from board level, executive leadership team, senior management teams, and potential future leaders, Lynn also works with individuals who are required to make significant improvement in performance.
By aligning behaviour and attitudes of those who impact and influence others to the organisational values and strategic goals, trust is either restored or enhanced resulting in greater engagement and individual ownership of outcomes.
