Leah believes that understanding or defining your Why, What, and How (ie Purpose and Strategy) is critical to building a values-based, customer-centric organisation, or when leading a transformational programme of work - but it’s just the start. Knowing how to tactically implement and align the organisation, while preserving or building the culture and values of the organisation, is the key. Leah has built a successful reputation for her work in the design and delivery of strategy, people and culture development, and transformational change through her vast experience of having worked at a senior level, across many industries, domestically and internationally.
Her work has included advising to the Malaysian Government on the development of a multipurpose smart card and payment strategy; Business Transformation and Innovation Programme for Christchurch International Airport Ltd; designing the strategy and leading the cultural and operational transition of Computer Concepts Ltd (a privately-owned company) to a corporate-owned business unit, ensuring their innovation culture was sustained.
