Cathy is an experienced Learning, HR and Organisational Development professional with extensive knowledge of the public sector. Cathy has designed, developed and delivered learning and culture change initiatives in several organisations, working with senior leaders to ensure that key leadership messages are backed by visible actions. Cathy is also Agile trained and is a qualified project manager with experience managing HRIS implementations as well as applying a robust methodology to other HR projects.

Cathy’s passion is for strategic HR and culture change initiatives – putting in place activities to develop people and strategy to support business outcomes underpinned by supporting processes and systems.

Her learning and development approach is tailored to the organisation to ensure that sustained behavioural change is achieved and they get the most out of their investment.

With a strong foundation and experience in core Human Resources, learning and organisational development, Cathy works to identify and grow people capability. Together with her business process, systems and project management experience, Cathy brings an holistic approach to organisational development that enables people to actually make the change they want to see.
