In 2016 we developed, administered and reported an online culture survey across 90% of the bank’s workforce. We supported the development of an interview process that was administered across the selected 10% of the workforce. The online survey achieved a creditable 70% response rate, supported by email invitations to participate, reminders for non-respondents and a Helpdesk service.
In 2017 we developed, administered, analysed and reported an online pulse survey across the bank’s workforce to supplement the bank’s annual engagement survey. The survey achieved a very high 84% response rate, supported by email invitations to participate, reminders for non-respondents and a Helpdesk service. Survey analysis and reporting included demographic splits, multiple regression analysis to identify they key factors influencing the engagement scores, and comparisons to two prior engagement surveys.
