Timaru District Council engaged us to design, develop and deliver its Manager Development Programme for Tier 3s and Team Leaders. From the programme, it was looking to achieve improved operational efficiency, quality of service to customers (internal and external), quality of work, and employee satisfaction. Two programme occurrences were delivered.

Kathryn Jackson facilitated a half-day coaching skills workshop for line managers of the participants on the Manager Development Programme to equip them with the skills necessary to coach effectively and support their people through the programme.
