I'm using Situational Leadership to better implement flexible leadership styles with different individuals - catering to their specific needs and requirements.

I now focus on the people in our team and what motivates them. I still focus on the business and what needs to happen, but I start with the 'who' rather than the 'what'.

Rather than thinking I need to do everything myself, I have been delegating tasks much more easily to the experts in my team.
