Description

We often tend to focus most of our management energy on project management processes. However, it is people who do the work and make these processes happen, or sometimes not happen.

Those who have responsibility for managing or leading projects at a more senior level or in large projects will find that there is a definite need to understand the ‘softer’ issues that relate to leading and managing the people involved, as much as managing the technicalities of the project itself.

This masterclass introduces concepts that go beyond the usual operational planning and control of a project, to the ‘softer’ yet critical aspects of project management that emerge when the practitioner moves to a more senior or comprehensive project management role.
