Emotional Intelligence is a set of emotional and social skills which include the ability to recognise and manage your own emotions and those of others. Part of Emotional Intelligence is to use that emotional information to more effectively guide and your thinking and behaviour, to better cope with challenge, and to express emotions in a way that builds and maintains healthy relationships.

Having high Emotional Intelligence includes having the strategies to more optimistically approach change, set-backs and adversity.

This masterclass focuses on some skills you can employ to reframe your own thinking (and encourage others to reframe their thinking) in a more optimistic light, despite challenges, problems, set-backs and adversity.
