Description

Great teams don’t just happen by chance – they need leaders to mindfully facilitate their development. This takes time, confidence and skill.

In this thought-provoking masterclass, you will be asked to focus on a particular team you are leading or influencing at the moment. The team may be your direct reports or a project team, a peer team, a leadership team or another kind of team that is important to you.

This masterclass will introduce you to some concepts around how teams operate in order to be as high performing as possible. Through a mix of theoretical input, activity and discussion, you will learn some tips and tools to work with your team in a conscious and practical way. This will help you on your journey to team engagement and performance.

It is particularly useful in the current and ongoing COVID 19 environment as teams face Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (VUCA).
