Description

The World Health Organisation has listed depression as the leading cause of disability worldwide. Unmanaged mental illness is now the leading cause of productivity loss, sick leave and staff turnover.

This masterclass will provide an overview of mental illness based on the latest scientific studies, what employers can do to reduce mental illness, how to help and support someone who is struggling, and how to build workplaces where mental illness is less likely.

We will consider case studies to show you how to deal with real issues.
