Leigh specialises in facilitating best practice strategic planning and change management to enhance client impact and success.

She guides clients in developing their vision, mission, purpose and values; managing change; and initiating, implementing and executing strategic planning.

Her approach is tailored to the specific needs and priorities of each client. Using a proactive approach, she utilises a variety of best practice tools and models (environmental scanning, Eisenhower Principle, stakeholder mapping, etc) to best support organisational development. Leigh believes that by working collaboratively to identify priority actions and improve capabilities, we build capacity to succeed independently.

Leigh is an experienced business advisor to new and established business ventures both nationally and internationally.

Having started her first business in 1995, she has an insider’s appreciation of the challenges faced when running a successful business.

She is also an experienced Governance Advisor, and an endorsed provider of professional development and support services to NZ School Trustees Association (NZSTA). Leigh has presented at NZSTA national workshops and provided board support in the following areas:
