Kristen Cooper has over 25 years experience in middle and senior leadership roles in planning, human resource management, marketing, training and consultancy in a broad range of organisations. She is a sought-after facilitator and coach, with her consultancy specialising in bespoke solutions relating to business strategy and performance; people, leadership and culture; training, coaching and facilitation; and conflict resolution and mediation.
Kris is a trained adult tutor. She is a Resolution Institute mediator, a Member of the NZ Institute of Directors, and a Distinguished Fellow of HRNZ, where she served as National President for two years. Kris has trained in America and is experienced in action learning group methodologies to support real time, real opportunity learning and development.
