Evaluation Consultancy

Ara engaged us to provide Kirkparick Four Levels (R) evaluation services across two occurrences of their internally facilitated Leadership Development Programme. We developed and administered online surveys that collected both quantitative and qualitative data about reaction, learning, behaviour change and results from the programme. Data analysis, including comparison against ODI benchmark figures, revealed a Leadership Development Programme performing well above benchmark on all measures and improving from one occurrence to the next.

Working Together

This one-day workshop was for staff to support teamwork. Participants completed an MBTI assessment then attended a one-day workshop presented by Michelle Shields and supported by Craig McDowell.

Writing Skills for New and Emerging Researchers

Errol Wood delivered this one-day workshop to introduce the elements of scientific writing, including the preparation and editing of technical reports, scientific papers and theses. It was sufficiently broad to encompass needs across a range of sectors, including nursing, social work, humanities, art and design.
