Robin Rawson's Four Quadrant Leadership course (now called Legacy Leadership) was delivered in-house for Medifab as two one-day workshops one month apart, each followed by a 1.5-hour follow-up session. These sessions focused participants on completing pre-set workplace tasks that bridged the workshop learning into on-the-job leadership practice changes.
