As a freelance Learning and Development Specialist, Tracey is highly experienced in partnering with organisations from a wide range of sectors. In previous senior L&D and OD roles, she has had significant experience in delivery the full learning and development cycle of needs analysis, design, facilitation, coaching and evaluation.
Specialising in bespoke, blended, engaging leadership development programmes, where leaders at all levels can find and grow their leadership potential, are her forte. Tracey believes people capability and change management initiatives should strongly focus on clearly identified positive performance and engagement outcomes: for individuals, leaders, teams, organisations and key stakeholders. Alignment with an organisation’s existing unique culture and context is pivotal, while also focusing on a drive to change.
