Brian is a registered psychologist and organisational development professional with over 15 years of experience advising, coaching, and partnering with business leaders across a wide variety of organisations and industries.
His expertise includes executive coaching, psychological assessment for development and determining goodness-of-fit with role, generating creative talent management and succession planning solutions, and helping organisations identify and link core values - core competencies - organisational systems - and key employee behaviours. He has experience working with leaders in a variety of industries including healthcare, finance, food and beverage, manufacturing, construction, and recycling.
Brian has coached leaders across all levels, including C-suite executives of businesses ranging from Fortune 1000 to mid-sized family-owned businesses. He has worked with leaders of publicly traded, privately-owned, agency-owned/cooperative, not-for-profit, military and government agencies to help build capacity and morale within the most important resource in any organisation - its people.
Initially Brian developed his leadership skills in the United States Air Force where he served as a Captain and led a team as part of the Behavioral Sciences Corps. Through his work, he has lived and worked in North America, Europe and Asia.
He is a life-long learner with a varied academic and professional background including scientific research, healthcare, leadership, and extensive experience consulting with organisational leaders and executive teams.
