Rosita Guy


Rosita Guy, is a people and business management coaching and training specialist with an extensive background in human resource management, industrial relations and personal/professional development/training. She acts as a consultant, facilitator, trainer, coach and business advisor to private and public sector organisations.

With over 25 years in these various roles Rosita specialises in assisting clients to facilitate change individually and with the members of their teams. She assists organisations predominately in the following areas:

  • communication for clarity, harmony and productivity
  • facilitating behavioural change; natural behaviour versus learned behaviour
  • understanding different working styles and how they can enhance the cohesiveness in teams
  • self awareness of one’s interpersonal behaviour towards others which affect working relationships

Rosita designs seminars/workshops which build on the fundamentals of the subject matter and provides practical tools to use immediately in one’s business life as well as one’s private life.

In her coaching role Rosita works with all levels within an organisation from Directors/General Managers through to managers, first line supervisors and staff in general.  She uses the Extended DISC Profile Assessment as the predominant tool to assist with setting and achieving goals.

Rosita has worked with a diverse cross section of organisations throughout New Zealand and brings a wealth of knowledge gained from this experience. Clients find her approachable, trustworthy, practical and able to identify the source of problems promptly focusing strongly on achieving long term objectives in clear unequivocal language particularly in difficult situations.

Some of Rosita’s areas of expertise are retirement planning; staying on in work or moving on to an encore career, conducting challenging conversations, communication for team transformation, conflict prevention and management; effective professional and self time management, bullying & harassment awareness, multi generational teams and working with different behavioural styles.
