Rebecca is an organisational development consultant, senior recruiter, trainer and executive and personal development coach. For the last 20 years she has worked as a Senior HR Manager and as a consultant in management coaching and organisational development, recruitment, organisational training and psychological assessment, as well as career coaching. Educated at the University of Auckland, she has worked with both the private and public sectors.
She has provided consulting and training services to both large and small companies, and has worked at all levels from senior management to labourers.
Her areas of expertise include leadership development, facilitation, psychological profiling and team effectiveness facilitation, human resource processes, change management, recruitment, organisation development, and coaching.
Rebecca has worked most recently as GM Human Resources New Zealand for a global company and prior to this worked as HR manager for a Christchurch based technology and civil construction company.
Rebecca has been the Director and Principal Consultant of her own organisational development consulting practice in Christchurch, specialising in developing individuals and organisations. Before that she worked as a consultant for Sheffield Consulting as an Organisational Development Consultant, Senior Recruiter and performance coach, and prior to that she was a Partner and Director of Rodgers and Partners.
Rebecca has discovered that her strength and passion lies in assisting people to identify their own individuality and aligning this to their career and life choices in order to gain success and enjoyment.
Rebecca enjoys living by the ocean, having adventures, exploring and creating, running and keeping fit and enjoying the company of family and friends.
