ODI took our competency framework and developed a 360 feedback questionnaire which we rolled out to our 'high flyers' group. They universally agreed that, although they had been skeptical of the value this would provide, the process was easy and the feedback given by Teresa was of great value to really identify their areas of strength and the areas that they needed to focus on. Having a competent and experienced professional to work with delivering the feedback messages was key to the success of this initiative. We will continue to implement this process to help target our development programme to individual needs.
