Neither is success a matter of being lucky, or being in the right place at the right time. Successful people develop an uncommon clarity about who they are, what they want to achieve, and how they do that. In short they are DELIBERATE in how they achieve success.
Based on the best-selling business book, The Art of Deliberate Success: The 10 Behaviours of Successful People, this facilitator-led, live online experience is super engaging, highly practical and impactful.
Beginning with the question of “What does success look like to you?”, the seminars takes you and your team on a journey of discovery. You’ll explore what it is really successful people do, how they manage conflicting priorities, and ultimately what they do every day in the pursuit of extraordinary results. You will come away with specific ideas for action, and a new mindset for looking at success in all aspects of life.
The series of three 75-minute interactive seminars are held once a week over three weeks, facilitator-led, live online sessions over Zoom with pre-work before each session. Optionally, online individual or group coaching can be provided to support your application of learning from the programme.
The programme is supported by an extensive online library of readings and videos, a 10 Behaviours diagnostic quiz, and an audio version of David Keane’s book: The Art of Deliberate Success: The 10 Behaviours of Successful People. You have ongoing access to this library.
