Description
This workshop is for good project managers with a baseline understanding of project management who want real-world skills rather than more ‘head knowledge’, and who want to be great project leaders.
The workshop will draw on the collective wisdom of the group to both teach, and to solve real-world challenges that you are encouraged to bring to the group. The content will be tailored to the goals and needs of the group, and there will be plenty of time for discussion.
Delivered in time-spaced sessions, it allows time for practise and experimentation. We also recommend a minimum of three coaching sessions, to further integrate the learnings at an individual level.
