Simon is an executive coach and leadership development specialist with more than 15 years’ experience partnering with organisations across the private and public sectors in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
He works alongside senior leaders and executive teams to design and deliver evidence-based development initiatives that enhance emotional intelligence, leadership capability, and organisational culture.
