ODI designed and delivered a leadership programme for our Tier 3-4 leaders. It was superbly delivered and premised around a thorough understanding of our needs and facilitators who were authoritative experts and leading practitioners in their fields. They were highly engaging and employed the latest adult learning principles. The whole programme was underpinned by an emphasis on a transfer of learning; use of Action Learning Groups helped with this. Overall we have yielded a high return on investment by increasing individual and organisational performance.
