- Position description for the role
- CV of each of the final candidates

We manage all candidate communication and test administration:
- Contacting each candidate to explain the process and set expectations
- Issuing secure online access links for each assessment and providing help desk services as required throughout the process
- Monitoring completion and following up as required

Each candidate completes the relevant assessment(s):
- Occupational Personality Questionnaire
- Verify Cognitive Ability Assessments: Numerical, Inductive or Deductive Reasoning

We prepare a detailed and cohesive report for each candidate which:
- synthesises personal and cognitive ability findings
- highlights key strengths relevant to the role and identifies potential areas of challenge or development need
- provides recommendations for areas to probe further in final interviews

We facilitate a debrief session with the organisation to:
- walk through the key findings for each candidate and provide guidance on how to use the insights in final interviews and reference checking
- address questions and explore areas of interest or concern
- support the organisation to make a well-informed, confident appointment decision

We provide an individual debrief for each candidate to:
- share key themes from the results in a constructive and supportive way
- provide an opportunity for the candidate to ask questions and respond to the findings
- ensure the process is experienced as fair, transparent, and respectful - regardless of the final hiring outcome
This step is a requirement of the professional standards and ethics that govern psychometric testing practice.
