This masterclass equips leaders with the mindset, tools, and practical techniques to lead people through change and uncertainty.
It is a focused version of the broader Leading Change course, covering the core fundamentals of effective change leadership. You will explore the difference between managing the mechanics of change, and leading the people side of change, with a strong focus on what people need from their leaders at different stages of the change journey.
Learning Outcomes
Participation in this masterclass will enable you to:
- recognise the difference between change management and change leadership
- recognise the people impact of change, including denial, loss, frustration, uncertainty and resistance
- use the Change Curve to identify where teams and stakeholders may be in the change journey
- adapt your leadership response to what people need at each stage of change
- use practical change leadership tools and techniques.
