Alison Ogier-Price

Alison Ogier-Price specialises in the application of the principles of positive psychology to organisational and workplace wellbeing. She supports organisations to create and maintain mentally healthy workplaces, through the implementation of evidence-based positive wellbeing-focused cultures, strategies and processes.
Her interests are in the application of scientific principles of coaching and mentoring to the training of innovative leaders, towards the empowerment and wellbeing of employees and organisations. These may be engaged through group workshops and individual coaching, with particular attention given to the alignment of organisational and employee values, education for good mental health, and optimising human functioning and experience.
Alison is regularly asked to speak on applied positive psychology, and is vice-president and editor for the New Zealand Association of Positive Psychology.
She also has extensive experience as an international project manager and business analyst in supporting the management, design, development and implementation of business and IT solutions. She has worked in the education, mining, manufacturing, insurance, and banking industries, as well as with smaller businesses and start-ups.
