Our catalogue provides a taste of the types of workshop content we can provide - tailored for you, and delivered in a mode that suits your participants and follows best practice. And they're not just 'walk-in walk-out' workshops. Participants complete a pre-workshop task, attend an experiential workshop, use a tool to help them to apply their new learning, take part in a facilitated follow-up session, and later, complete a reflective survey.
We'll design and deliver a blended leadership programme for you that speaks to your values, and incorporates individual goal setting; in-person and self-paced e-learning workshops that cover the content you need; a mix of specialist facilitators who'll connect with your people; diagnostics for developing self-awareness and as a focus for goal setting; and follow-up sessions, reflection opportunities and coaching to ensure participants are putting their learning into practice. Participants' managers are integral to programme success so they're part of the journey, agreeing goals and providing workplace support. We'll keep you informed with evaluative information as it comes to hand as well as an in-depth final programme report.
Our coaching is goal-based, focused and action-oriented so you'll see behaviour change at work. Our wonderful team of experienced coaches can work alongside individuals at all levels - building leadership capability to improve team performance and engagement, managing personal and team wellbeing, supporting through change and challenging times, or other specific support needs you may have. Coaching can be provided in person or remotely.
