Jade Beaman

Jade Beaman

Coach/Facilitator, Canterbury

With close to two decades of experience in leadership, team development, and coaching, Jade is an accredited CliftonStrengths coach with a Master-Class distinction. His passion lies in helping individuals and teams to unlock their full potential by understanding and leveraging their unique strengths.

Jade's journey with CliftonStrengths began eight years ago when he became accredited, initially to support the growth and development of his team at Te Ora Hou Ōtautahi. Seeing first hand the impact of a strengths-based approach—enhancing engagement, culture, and performance—reinforced his belief that when people play to their strengths, they thrive.

Since then, Jade has collaborated with leadership consultancies as a coach and facilitator, delivering workshops for non-government organisations, government agencies, and corporate teams. With a deep passion for leadership development and a unique indigenous perspective, he specialises in guiding leaders and teams through the challenges of dynamic, ever-evolving environments.

Jade's philosophy is that when people truly understand who they are and appreciate their unique strengths, they become more engaged, perform at their best, and create a positive ripple effect—both in the workplace and beyond. Everyone deserves this opportunity.

His top CliftonStrengths are Maximizer | Connectedness | Belief | Adaptability | Empathy | Includer | Ideation | Relator | Developer | Communication

Beyond his work, Jade is a proud husband to Haley, a talented entrepreneur and an incredible mother, and a father to four amazing children. On a lighter note, he still breakdances on occasion and catches waves whenever he can!
