Marjorie has over 15 years of experience in organisational development and learning and development across all organisational levels and a variety of sectors including tertiary education, insurance and sport.

Her passion lies with supporting people leaders to develop the leadership skills required to foster team cohesion and collaboration, build wellbeing, and develop team members – all within an environment of diversity, equity and inclusion, and ensuring the best opportunities for team effectiveness.

One of her particular specialties is working with people leaders and People and Culture teams to develop learning design and facilitation skills to enhance opportunities for the development of their people, including the use of AI to enhance course development while still considering how people prefer to learn – all contributing to a thriving learning culture while supporting diversity, equity and inclusion.

Marjorie’s other passion lies with supporting organisations with a number of OD interventions such as development of learning and development strategies and frameworks that align with the organisation’s goals and values, learning needs analysis, and supporting change and strategy achievement.
