Robin Rawson annually facilitates several Four Quadrant Leadership workshops for Citycare to build leadership capability for team leaders.

Positive Leadership

Pete Cammock presented a one-hour masterclass for members of the senior team, which involved looking at the main practices of positive leadership (as developed by Kim Cameron), and discussing the lessons learnt about effective practice in a New Zealand context.
