Manager Development Programme

Timaru District Council engaged us to design, develop and deliver its Manager Development Programme for Tier 3s and Team Leaders. From the programme, it was looking to achieve improved operational efficiency, quality of service to customers (internal and external), quality of work, and employee satisfaction. Two programme occurrences were delivered.

• "To be honest, I could do the programme all over again and still learn and apply so much more. I felt very privileged to be a part of the programme and the investment given to me from TDC management. As participants we have all agreed that we would like to keep in regular contact to keep up the on going development. Thank you to ODI for the inspirational presenters."

Coaching Skills

Kathryn Jackson facilitated a half-day coaching skills workshop for line managers of the participants on the Manager Development Programme to equip them with the skills necessary to coach effectively and support their people through the programme.
