Very engaged! I knew I very much needed to upskill in regard to grammar and written communication. I loved the learning and feeling more confident with my skills, mostly due to Desiree's expertise and enthusiasm for the subject. I felt comfortable to ask any questions along the way and get clarity where I needed more understanding.
