Project Management

I have set out a process for completing the required tasks in the order they are needed in order to complete the overall project.

We now map out projects, align budgets, resources, project deadlines, when pieces of work need to be completed for approval before we move to the next phase.

It has really helped me streamline my approach to projects and be more organised. I have a better idea of how to manage things. I like that the connections I have made on the course are still ongoing and when I see the people from my course, we talk about it and how we're using the tools.
