Description

The aim of this workshop is to provide you with the influencing skills you need to co-create a healthy culture and optimise performance within your team and/or organisation.

The RISE Model of Influence embraces influence as a natural human behaviour deeply rooted in our fundamental need for connection, cooperation and survival. This is why everyone exercises influence at work – with or without positional authority, positively and negatively, intentionally or unintentionally.

Understanding how workplace influence really works, and its defining impact on organisational culture and business performance, opens a door to untapped human capital. With Gen Zs clearly expressing their eagerness to influence, and toxic behaviour the biggest driver of negative workplace outcomes, the case for developing positive workplace influence at all levels is compelling.

This practical, interactive workshop introduces the RISE Model of Influence and provides you with the knowledge and tools you need to develop positive influencing skills, individually and collectively, and minimise negative influence.
