Developing Cultural Intelligence is an essential 21st century leadership skill in building and sustaining high performance in teams and organisations.
This workshop will help you to understand your own cultural influences, develop an on-going curiosity and genuine interest in cultures different from yours, and provide you with practical tools and frameworks to constructively engage, communicate and lead in cross-cultural situations.
Learning Outcomes
Participation in this workshop will enable you to:
- grow your self-awareness as a leader and the underlying cultural values and influences you bring
- appreciate other people’s underlying cultural values and influences and how you may need to adapt your style in a way that gets the best from them
- develop your confidence and cultural intelligence so that you can lead culturally diverse high performing teams
