Description
The AI Leadership: Pulling the Future Forward Programme equips senior leaders and key influencers with the skills and mindsets required to make the organisational shifts required to realise what’s possible from AI. It blends AI literacy with proven change leadership techniques and clarity storytelling — giving leaders both the understanding and the tools to mobilise their people around an exciting AI future.
Where the Ready, Fire, Aim: AI for Business Productivity programme establishes AI literacy and cultivates the everyday mindsets needed to get value from AI, the AI Leadership: Pulling the Future Forward Programme builds on that foundation at the leadership level. It focuses specifically on the role of leaders in shaping vision, establishing guardrails, and embedding AI adoption into existing strategic and cultural rhythms.
Together, the two programmes create a complete pathway:
- Ready, Fire, Aim: AI for Business Productivity ensures the whole organisation develops baseline literacy and a mindset of curiosity and experimentation.
- AI Leadership: Pulling the Future Forward Programme enables leaders to frame AI as a leadership-led change programme, guide the cultural shift, and align strategy, people, and processes.
The result is an organisation where AI adoption is not a fragmented IT initiative, but a leader-led transformation that unlocks measurable value and builds long-term capability.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the programme, senior leaders will be able to:
- frame AI as a leadership-led change programme and position it as a cultural shift, not an IT rollout
- establish a shared foundation of AI literacy across the leadership group and key influencers, grounded in the critical mindset shifts required to recognise opportunities and unlock value from AI
- apply practical change leadership techniques (eg Change Curve, stakeholder mapping) to surface risks, opportunities, and resistance in the organisation's context
- establish leadership-specific AI mindsets that enable leaders to guide the cultural shift required for AI adoption and model the behaviours that create organisational momentum
- use clarity storytelling to mobilise people — from board to frontline — around a clear and inspiring AI journey
- explore “what’s possible” with AI and connect examples to the organisation’s strategic priorities
- integrate AI adoption into existing strategy and change rhythms, avoiding one-off or bolt-on projects
- create alignment and momentum across leadership teams, establishing the cultural and strategic foundations for AI.
