This workshop is an opportunity for members of your team to come together and spend time exploring the team dynamic, using either the DISC or MBTI diagnostic as the key enabler.

You will explore your own and each other’s preferred operating styles and how you might adapt your style at times to enable relationship-building. You will gain some techniques for optimising team communication, collaboration and problem solving and you will work together to develop a team charter to guide the way you work together.
