You will build the skills to lead by example to support colleagues, strengthen resilience, and shape how change is experienced across your organisation. Developing Change Champions introduces practical tools to enable you to influence with confidence, build trust, and make change stick.
The focus is on building trust, communicating effectively, and embedding a culture that embraces change, rather than resists it.
