Description

The aim of this workshop is to help teams to cultivate trust, connection, and thriving wellbeing in the workplace. Having a positive emotional culture in teams and across organisations is proven to reduce stress, improve productivity and engagement, and reduce staff attrition rates. When leaders and teams recognise emotions in the workplace, and consciously shape them, they can better connect with and motivate others; contributing to team and organisation wellbeing.

This interactive workshop brings leaders and teams together to delve into the world of emotions and feelings at work. It is designed to enhance team values, roles and goals by working with the Emotional Culture Deck - an engaging, interactive tool that empowers teams and leaders to have meaningful conversations about emotions and their impact on workplace culture.

In this workshop, you will dive into the dynamics of emotional culture, exploring how emotions influence behaviours, decision-making, and performance.

By paring the Emotional Culture deck and facilitated discussions, leaders and teams will grow a healthier emotional culture and build stronger relationships based on trust, empathy, and shared language on how you want to feel turning up to work.

This workshop is not just about tools – it’s about creating a foundation for a people-first culture that drives engagement, collaboration, and shared success.
