Quick Charge is a short introduction that is perfect for any business wanting to start the discussion about real wellbeing at work. This is what you need to know in order to reduce the risk of mental health first aid support.

Learning how to recharge quickly and effectively is at the heart of this interactive workshop, which is aimed at everybody who wants an overview of the science of wellbeing.

This two-hour masterclass can be delivered remotely or in person.

Learning Outcomes

In this masterclass you will:

Thoroughly enjoyed this session and have noted things I do when my battery is diminishing.

I learned that it's OK to take a step back and reset and not keep pushing on. Sometimes I need to put myself first to keep maintaining a full battery level.

This was a good session. I have come out of it positive and optimistic and ready to focus more on my (and others') wellbeing and use some of the suggestions to improve my resilience in the workplace.
